- Experience as a recruitment consultant either on a perm or temp desk
- Proven billings from your own desk (Not PSL led)
- Business development experience
- Determined to succeed
- Driven, ambitious and highly motivated
- Enjoys the challenges of this role, yet understands the frustrations
- A smart appearance & professional approach
- Any industry consultant may apply
